Important Note: While this cap is adjustable, it won’t accommodate a 50amp plug. The largest opening is 1.75 inches wide, and when adjusted to an oval shape, it measures 2.75 inches long but still only 1.75 inches wide. If your RV’s power cord needs to pass through the porthole, this cap won’t be compatible unless you create an additional opening to keep both options available. For those with power connections outside the porthole, like on the Brinkley Z3100, this won’t be an issue.

Each cap is made to order, which means there’s no inventory on hand. Instead, I 3D print each one specifically for you to ensure quality and care. Please keep in mind this process may result in a slight delay in shipping—but it’s worth the wait for a custom-crafted product!

Installation is a breeze, as this cap is designed to work with the screws from your existing porthole. If replacements are needed, ensure the screw head height doesn’t exceed 4.5mm and the diameter is under 9mm. A screw and nut for connecting the two cap pieces are included for added convenience.
